Scones and Parmesan Zucchini
I finally decided to make the Parmesan Zucchini that I previously posted and scones with honey butter.
Here is what I made for dinner!!!
I cracked club crackers in a quart bag, Parmesan cheese, mixed in some garlic and miss dash. I then sliced the zucchini and melted some butter in a bowl.
I dipped the zucchini into the butter and then mixed it into the cracker mix I then have laid them onto the cookie sheet.
I put them into the oven at 350 for 10 minutes
Then I heated some vegetable oil on low heat
I had bought some pizza dough from Winco
I mixed some butter and honey to make a honey butter for the scones.
