Shredded Honey Ham
I roasted my ham at 250 for 8 hours, then I let it cool and put it into the fridge for the night.
The next day I shredded the ham and put it in the crockpot with it's juices, minus the fat...
Thank you to my sister in law Alison for the first part of the recipe.
Then I added the honey glaze that came with the ham and 2 tablespoons of honey. This was so awesome!!
And it made a ton!!! I've got 3 quart tupper ware bowls full in the freezer, a half quart for my father-in-law and another quart in the fridge for left over.... I love to freeze my meals, especially when it's been a long day!
For dessert I made Caramel Popcorn Balls the recipe can be found one the old post linked here.
They turned out great... Check out the old link to get the recipe, but I did add more brown sugar and marshmallows. I think next time I might add something to make them sweeter, maybe honey... Still thinking about that one.

I love this recipe, but how long was it the crock pot?
I made this again for Easter and am reminded how Yummy it is. I cooked it in the crockpot for about 2-3 hours on low. Make sure to stir it once in a while so the ham doesn't stick to the sides.
Thanks for looking at my blog!
