Cran-Pistachio Cookies

Cran-Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients Used:

 I added the cookie mix, pudding mix, and flour together and mixed them



 Then mix in the melted butter and 2 eggs, blend again.


 Chop the pistachio and cranberries


 And mix them all together


 Roll them up and put the on the cookie sheets


 And YUMMY is what you get :)





Cran-Pistachio Cookies
1 Pouch Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding and pie filing mix
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 cup dry-roasted salted pistachio nuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, stir together cookie mix, pudding mix and flour.  Stir in melted butter and eggs until soft dough forms.  Add pistachios and cranberries; mix well.
3.Using small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop dough 2 inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet. lightly flatten with fingers.
4. Bake for 7 - 9 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.  Cool 2 minutes:move from cookie sheet to a wire rack.  Cool completely and store tightly covered at room temp.
